4. Subscription Plans and Payments

• Monthly Plans: You may cancel your monthly subscription plan at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.
• Annual Plans: Annual plans are non-refundable. You may cancel your annual subscription plan to avoid renewal charges at the end of the subscription year.
• Plan Features: Paid plans allow you to create an unlimited number of crisis plans.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating accounts and plans.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity.
